Pieces of Advice

In this page, I present pieces of advice for the teachers. 



  • Set the rules for the classroom.
  • Keep a sense of humor.
  • Realize that you will make mistakes, because becoming a teacher did not make you perfect.
  • Take the time to get to know your students.
  • Leave your personal problems at the door.
  • Memorize the students' names.
  • Speak clearly and loudly enough to be heard.
  • Feel prepared and look prepared.
  • Accept help whenever it is offered.
  • Start the school year the way you want the rest of the year to progress.
  • Be patient. 
  • Address misbehavior as quickly and appropriately as possible.
